As a ministry, we prayerfully consider every invitation or request Dr. Barbie receives. Her primary goal is to help activate the body of Christ, and she warmly invites as many churches and individuals as possible to participate in each event. This ensures the region can experience the greatest possible impact from a move of the Holy Spirit.

Dr. Barbie Breathitt is open to ministering to a single congregation or partnering with a group of churches. At Breath of the Spirit, we embrace the biblical exhortation to “know those who labor among you” and value working in unity with other invited speakers and ministries to advance the Kingdom together.

Travel & Lodging Requirements

For events requiring travel, the host agrees to arrange the following accommodations in alignment with Dr. Barbie Breathitt’s ministry standards:

Airfare must be booked as a first-class ticket and confirmed in advance of travel. We will book tickets as early as possible to save on airfare. We will submit for reimbursement no later at least 10 days prior to departure and need to receive the reimbursement a week before departure.
Ground transportation should be provided upon arrival—a vehicle large enough to comfortably accommodate two full-size suitcases and two carry-on bags.
A comfortable, private hotel room must be secured for the duration of Dr. Barbie's stay. Lodging should be quiet, clean, and of high quality, ideally in a well-rated hotel convenient to the event location.

These arrangements ensure Dr. Barbie is able to minister from a place of rest and excellence, and must be fulfilled in full prior to the event.

Travel Requirements: Local Events

For local in-person ministry, where no flights or lodging are required, the host is responsible for the following:

Clear directions and parking information must be provided in advance.
If the venue is difficult to access, please ensure a contact person is available to assist with arrival and setup.
If applicable, a reserved parking space close to the venue entrance is appreciated for ease of unloading ministry materials.
If setup or teardown requires extended time on-site, please communicate expected arrival and departure times clearly with Barbie’s team.

These small details help ensure a smooth and peaceful experience so Dr. Barbie can focus fully on ministering.

Honorarium

An honorarium will be given to Dr. Barbie Breathitt for her time of ministry and service to your organization.

The general guideline is based on the following - $2,500 for a one day event with no travel. $1,250 additional for each extra day including travel days. The average is usually between $5,000 and $7,000 for a weekend with travel.

The honorarium will need to be provided by check on-site before Dr. Barbie Breathitt leaves the venue after ministering.

Shipping of Ministry Materials:

Breath of the Spirit Ministries will ship boxes of product and materials at least two weeks prior to the event.
Please ensure a full shipping address (including any internal delivery instructions) is provided on the form.

These preparations allow us to ensure excellence, ease of setup, and a Spirit-led experience for all in attendance.

To serve your guests with excellence and steward the anointing of the moment, the following on-site provisions are requested for Dr. Barbie Breathitt and her ministry team:

Resource Table & Setup Needs:

Two 8-foot tables for product display
Two chairs for Barbie and her assistant
Access to a power outlet and extension cord near the resource table
Reliable internet access for mobile POS or resource presentation
Product table location needs to be in the same room as the speaking engagement, or right outside the doors that enter the speaking location

Team Support:

A resource sales assistant provided by the host to help manage the table during and after sessions

Online Event

For online ministry engagements, the format and requirements are as follows:

In Blocks of 1 Hour (can be multiple hours):

30-40 minutes of teaching, followed by 10-15 minutes of Q&A, 5 minutes of resource recommendations, and 5 minutes of wrap up.
(Note: Personal dream interpretation will not be offered during these time slots.)

Financial Commitments:

If the event is an event where the host is taking payment, an honorarium of $500 will apply per hour of the event that Dr. Breathitt is scheduled for. Full payment is due prior to the scheduled sessions.
If the event is a free event, the expectation is that the host will allow Dr. Barbie at least 10 minutes to promote a special offers for the audience to connect further to Dr. Barbie Breathitt's resources.

Logistical Requirements:

A Run of Show (event outline) must be submitted in advance.
The host is responsible for ensuring technical readiness and a smooth, interruption-free environment.

Honorarium and Financial Commitment
